If you upload images to this website or send us images to use on this site, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. This is because Visitors to the website could download and extract any location data from images that contain the embedded location data.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We may use Google Analytics to see how Visitors use our site and to help us improve your experience and the content we provide. These statistics are anonymised to help protect your identity and may also include collected information about your location and device, the type of web-browser, as well as the pages you visited, how long you spent, and what you viewed/accessed etc. Note if you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information. We do not hold that data on this site. Your payment data is obfuscated and no complete card details are retained on these third-party e-commerce platforms. We may retain customer data as part of our accounting records in these systems for up to 2 years to cover the current accounting period and extended while we make up our accounts, which we then archive for up to 7 years, in line with UK accounting practice. When you join our mailing list, this is exclusive to Evershot Parish Hall and our Band On team. We will retain your contact details until you unsubscribe from our list. We may contact you once a year to re-verify you still wish to remain on our mailing list and for you to update your personal information if it is incorrect or out of date.
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
