As with the previous year, we held our AGM in the warm at the Acorn Inn skittle alley on the 20th March 2024.
A history of the accounts was presented and we discussed finances, the maintenance required for the building and where we go from here.
The meeting was well attended and was adjourned to enable us to fit in an important meeting with the Ilchester Estate and other local organisations.
At this point we are still searching for two Trustees for the year going forward, plus an extra Committee Member, and a new Treasurer. This is your chance to meet the current team, promote new ideas for the future running of this historic hall, and/or volunteer on informal basis to help run some of the tasks and events, in support of our community.
